How we work
Here's exactly what happens after you reach out, from the first conversation through design, fabrication, delivery and on-site installation.
Designers, builders and installers who talk to each other every day, in the same building.
A clear schedule from approval to load-in, built around your event date.
A single project lead who keeps you updated from sketch to strike.
The client journey

A call or meeting to understand your event, audience, venue and goals.

Concept sketches and renderings show you what we propose, with options where it helps.

Once you approve the design, we finalize build drawings, the quote and the production schedule.

Our shop cuts, builds, paints and finishes every piece, with precision parts from Capitol CNC.

Our crew loads in, assembles and dresses every element on site, working with your venue and production team.

We stay available through your event, then strike, pack and remove everything when it's over.
Design to reality
A 1950s diner record wall: the design rendering we presented, and the finished piece our shop delivered.

Planning ahead
The more we know up front, the faster and more accurate your quote will be.
Custom fabrication takes extra lead time for design, approvals and building. Reach out as soon as your date and venue are set. If time is short, ask about ready-made pieces from our rental inventory.
